These Terms of Service govern your use of the Zone Pedal iPhone app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Zone Pedal is sold as a one-time purchase through Apple's App Store. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Payment processing, billing questions, and refund requests are handled by Apple under your App Store terms and Apple ID settings.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Zone Pedal for your personal, non-commercial indoor training. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard App Store terms.
Zone Pedal does not require an account and does not maintain user data on Zone Pedal servers. The app runs locally on your device. If you choose to export workouts to Apple Health, that data is managed by Apple.
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
Zone Pedal is a training tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before starting or changing an exercise program. You use the app at your own risk.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific training results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zone Pedal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. If you do not agree with an update to the Terms, stop using the app and delete it from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
